A four-bedroom residence makes it possible to bring family together and host guests with greater independence. At Thompson Puerto Vallarta, this configuration appears in the private residential collection, with a range of sizes and layouts. Some include a study or a staff room, depending on the floor plan.

The sense of space extends into the shared living areas. Project renderings show open living rooms, integrated kitchens and terraces that extend indoor life toward the Pacific. Choosing a particular residence depends on how you want to balance privacy, social spaces and outdoor area.

Residence B: the configuration changes by floor

The B layout requires a careful inventory check: the price list identifies three- or four-bedroom configurations depending on the floor. The overall starting price for the B family should therefore not automatically be interpreted as the price of a four-bedroom unit.

One unit identified as having four bedrooms is residence 2101, with approximately 216 m² indoors and a 63 m² terrace, totaling 279 m². Its reference price is MXN $41,193,540. Residence 2301 is also listed with four bedrooms, approximately 284 m² total and a price of MXN $42,470,164.

C and D: other layouts to compare

The reference C and D floor plans show four bedrooms and a staff room; C also includes a study. These options are worth examining when you need separate spaces for rest, work and household support within the same home.

The list provided does not show C or D units with confirmed asking prices. We can check current inventory and possible releases. A published floor plan does not mean a unit of that exact size is available, so any quotation should include the relevant unit's sales specification sheet.

What to look for in a four-bedroom floor plan

  • How each bedroom connects to bathrooms and circulation areas.

  • The separation between shared living spaces and sleeping areas.

  • Terrace access from the living room and bedrooms, depending on the layout.

  • The presence and location of a study, laundry area and staff room.

  • The actual interior area and terrace area, shown separately.

These differences can have more impact on everyday use than a single total-area figure. A family that hosts frequent visitors may prioritize privacy; one that spends longer periods here may need more storage and practical support spaces.

Residential living by the sea

The proposal combines beach access, a beach club, pool, spa, gym, padel court and shared spaces. According to the project information, the residential collection includes private elevator access and one parking space per unit. Services and any applicable charges should be confirmed in the sales documentation.
