What the RS4 floor plan shows
The reference floor plan identifies one bedroom, a study and two bathrooms, together with a living and dining area, kitchen and terrace. It differs from RS2 and RS3, which are one-bedroom layouts without the same additional study shown on this plan.
On the price list provided, RS4 units have interior areas of 83.69 or 84.95 m², depending on the unit, and approximate total areas ranging from 96.30 to 97.62 m². These totals include the terrace. The conceptual plan and sales specification sheet should be reviewed together to confirm the dimensions of a particular property.
Availability: what the supplied list tells us
RS4 units are marked sold on the September 15, 2026 price list. This article therefore introduces the residence type rather than offering available inventory. That list does not provide a confirmed starting price we can currently attribute to an RS4.
